Spend time outside.
How often do you connect with your students?
Adventure Trips provide a unique opportunity for groups to get out of comfort
zones. Relying on each other, while being in God's creation. An event that your group will remember for their entire life. Along with the amazing benefits a trip offers your group it is just plain old fun!
White Water Rafting
Your
adventure begins in Northern Wisconsin on the Wolf River. There are 6 major
rapids, including 2 waterfalls, on the Wolf River, and you will overcome them
in a 2 or 3 man raft. Raft trips range from 4 to 8 hours in length. Another
exciting possibility is “fun-yaking” the Peshtigo river. While smaller than
the Wolf River, the Peshtigo is sure to challenge you as you raft in your
1 man “funyak” (an inflatable kayak).
Rock Climbing
Experience
the cracks and crevices at Devil’s Lake State Park, near Baraboo Wisconsin.
Devil’s Lake has a reputation for offering the most variety of climbs in one
location and is ideal for novice and expert alike. The view from the top of
the cliffs is breathtaking, and if it’s a hot summer day we can cool off in
Devil’s Lake public swimming area. Devil’s Lake is approximately 3 hours from
Chicago.
Hiking
The
possibilities are endless! If there is a trail, our guides can lead your group.
Guides teach backpacking basics including Leave No Trace and necessary wilderness
survival skills. Past groups have hiked the North Country Trail in the U.P.,
a portion of the Appalachian Trail in Virginia, and through the Snowy Range
in Wyoming.

Canoeing
Experience
the rugged and pristine wilderness of Superior National Forest in Northern
Minnesota. This trip will take your breath away. Spend the day exploring the
surrounding lakes while fishing and relax around the campfire at night while
enjoying fellowship with your group. Canoe trips are also available on the
Wisconsin River (near Devil’s Lake State Park). Travel a portion of the river
with your group, enjoy camping on a sandbar, and take some time to relax in
God’s amazing creation.
Missions Adventure
Let
us set up a missions trip with your group, followed by a short adventure trip.
Spend the first portion of your trip at a work site and then go white water
rafting, rock climbing, hiking or canoeing. This is a great way for your group
to reach out and make a difference in a community and then spend time reflecting
on their experience with each other while facing another challenge. Past groups
have gone hiking, rafting or canoeing after the mission’s portion.
Combination Trips
Many groups
choose to do a combination of activities for added variety and challenge;
rafting & rock climbing, biking & rafting, or biking & rock climbing. Our
most popular combination trips include: Rafting & Rock Climbing: Conquer the
Wolf and/or Peshtigo Rivers and then rock climb at Devil’s Lake State Park
Bike/Rock Trip from Sparta, Wisconsin to Devil’s Lake State Park Off road
biking in Nicolet National Forest ending with 1 or 2 days of rafting Bike/Raft
Trip from West Bend, Wisconsin to the Wolf River, approximately 170 miles.
