Submission of this application does not grant acceptance. Upon reviewing your application and your Christian Leaders Reference Form a decision regarding your participation in the program will be made. A video interview will be scheduled for the applicant and at least one parent/caretaker. If a payment is made and the applicant is not accepted into the program Phantom Ranch will issue a full refund. Participants in this program will have direct contact with other campers, therefore, this program requires a background check of each participant.

High School Ministry Team Agreement
• I understand High School Ministry Team at Phantom Ranch is designed to help me grow and further in my relationship with God.
• I understand this involves full cooperation with the Mission Team Director and other staff at Phantom Ranch.
• I understand that I will be expected to take part in all activities, perform all work assignments cheerfully and diligently, and participate fully in all Bible studies and teachings.
• I understand being a part of this team at Phantom Ranch means sacrificing personal desires in the interest of others.

• I will answer all the questions on the application with complete honesty and promise with God’s help to set a Christian example at all times.
• I will participate only in those activities consistent with a good Christian testimony while on or off Phantom Ranch property.
• I will treat all Phantom Ranch property and other’s personal property with care and respect.
• I understand and agree that my breaking of this agreement merits my dismissal from the privilege of participating in this program without a refund.
