Winter Camp Details
You bring the leaders and students, we’ll take care of everything else!
Our January Winter Camp is designed for multiple, small to medium-sized youth groups to bring their 6th-12th grade students to a fully-programmed weekend. We provide a band, speaker, large group games, a broomball tournament with a trophy, glow-in-the-dark 9 Square in the Air, and late-night rock climbing. The weekend includes 5 meals (3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday) and 2 evening snacks. We also provide customizable promo handouts and graphics that leaders can use to encourage students to sign up.
Cost: $165 for youth, $115 for leaders
Weekend Highlights – January 8-10, 2027
- Programming and Chapel sessions designed for combined middle school and high school youth groups (6th-12th grade)
- Group Connection Time after each of the 4 chapel sessions
(time and space for leaders and students to discuss and process chapel teachings) - Heated cabins with full bathroom and 12+ beds
(each group gets their own cabins for guys and girls; bring your own twin bedding, towels, and toiletries) - 2 Tube Hills and a 250-foot toboggan chute
- Frozen lake for broomball and a campfire on the shore
- Unlimited FREE hot chocolate
- Saturday Night Fun: Pizza Snack; 9 Square with black lights and fun, energetic music jams; free indoor climbing; tube hills open; Dining Hall board/card games
- Afternoon Free Activities: Carpetball, Outdoor 9 Square and basketball courts, frozen lake/broomball, tubing, Dining Hall board/card games
- Afternoon Paid Activities: Winter Paintball ($10/100 paintballs), Horse Trail Rides ($20/ride), Indoor Climbing Center ($10/unlimited climbing)
- No planning, just hanging out with your students in a unique space and discussing how to live more like Jesus
Tubing, broomball, and trail rides are weather permitting of course, but we’ll have fun no matter what!
