HSMT Reference

A student has listed you as a reference for their application to join our High School Mission Team program. This is a two-phase training program intended to develop the student’s Christian maturity, work ethic and skills, and interpersonal relationships. We desire your assistance in this program through your honest evaluation. One of the goals of the High School Ministry Team is to develop personal character. We would appreciate your insight into this applicant’s character. The Program Leadership will use this information to attempt to direct this person in needed areas. We would also appreciate any insight you might have in other areas of the applicant’s background to assist in these goals. Your assistance is appreciated.
