“Top 3” Leaf Removal Day
“WOW, what a day! We raked a billion leaves in just one day!” -an energetic middle schooler reflecting on a job well done.
Mike Doud, our Maintenance Director, said, “In the last 20 years, this was ‘Top 3’ for a leaf removal day.”
We had staff families, horse lesson students, current and former summer staff, previous campers, local Bible college students, and neighbors who came to serve!
We couldn’t be more thankful for the way Christ brought so many together to do a big job. We had 35 rakes, 50 tarps, 2 leaf blowers, 1 tractor and 1 ATV helping us get the job done in one day. There were volunteers from the age of 2 to 66!
