General Requirements
As a Christian ministry camp…
— We hire individuals who can articulate the Gospel message and are loyally committed to the ways of Jesus.
— We hire individuals who can abstain from smoking, vaping, tobacco, alcohol, pornography, sexual activity, and misuse of medications while employed.
— We hire individuals who identify as the sex they were assigned at birth and believe dating relationships and marriage is between one man and one woman.
— We hire individuals 17 years old and up. Individuals under 17, may apply for our High School Mission Team program.

Training Requirements
Training is very important to the success of our ministry and our summer staff’s ability to thrive within our community. Your commitment to attendance at staff training sessions will be considered in making hiring decisions. Avoid scheduling Graduation Parties, Doctor Appointments and other life events during required trainings. Orientation and Safety Training is required for all staff. Short absences may be allowed at the discretion of the Program Director.
Training Dates
— Leadership Training (invite only) :: May 31-June 3, 2026
— Orientation and Safety Training :: June 4-7, 2026
— Cabin Leader Training :: June 8-12, 2026
— Lifeguard Certification Training :: May 29-31, 2026
— Horsemanship Training :: training dates are individualized
