Camp Programs

Camp Program Options at Phantom Ranch!

We offer a variety of unique ways to enjoy camp programs at Phantom Ranch year-round. There’s always something to do here at camp!

Camp Programs Available

Sending your child to summer camp is more than just a week away—it’s a life-changing experience for your whole family. Even if you’ve never been to camp yourself, you’ll see the impact when your child comes home.

At camp, we’ve seen siblings grow closer, high schoolers rebuild relationships with parents, and single moms feel renewed by the joy their kids share after camp. The transformation is real—and lasting.

We offer weeklong, overnight camp sessions designed for elementary, middle school, and high school students. Each program is packed with exciting activities, opportunities for personal growth, and plenty of fun.

Your child’s safety and well-being are always our top priority. Our trained staff follow child protection guidelines, emergency action plans, and proven strategies for helping kids handle homesickness—all while leading games, classes, and outdoor adventures they’ll never forget.

Give your child the gift of camp. They’ll return with confidence, new friendships, and stories you’ll cherish together.

Looking for a fun and fully organized winter camp for youth groups? Our weekend camps are designed to give students an unforgettable experience while making it easy for group leaders.

Each weekend includes:

  • Live worship band and interactive speaker sessions
  • Exciting large group games, a broomball tournament, and glow-in-the-dark 9 Square In The Air
  • Snow tubing and tobogganing for all ages
  • Five meals and two evening snacks included

Our winter camps are ideal for small to medium-sized youth groups, whether you have a full-time Youth Pastor/Director or not. Bring your students, and we’ll handle everything else—from fun activities to meals—so your group can focus on fellowship and growth.

Make this winter weekend one your youth group will never forget!

Each December, the weekend right before Christmas break, we invite all current-year Superteen campers back for a special Superteen Retreat. This weekend is all about reconnecting with camp friends, reminiscing about summer camp adventures, and being inspired to grow as lifelong followers of Jesus.

Superteeners are also encouraged to invite their high school friends, offering them a first-hand experience of life at Phantom Ranch and the fun, faith-filled environment our teens love.

It’s a weekend full of friendship, reflection, and encouragement—perfect for teens who want to strengthen their faith and make lasting memories.

Students in grades 10 and 11 can apply online for our two-week High School Mission Team program, an experiential training opportunity that prepares teens for summer ministry and leadership.

Phase 1: Teens learn the keystone spiritual disciplines, including prayer, Bible study, and sharing their personal faith story.

Phase 2: Mission Teamers gain hands-on experience as part of our summer staff. They shadow a different job each day, learning how to live and work alongside our dedicated camp team.

Nearly 40% of our summer staff have participated in the Mission Team program, making it a proven pathway for teens to grow in faith, leadership, and camp ministry skills.

Our Family Camp weekend is a once-a-year event—and it sells out fast! Held every Labor Day weekend, this special retreat is designed for families to play, relax, and grow together.

The weekend includes:

  • Large group games and small group activities for all ages
  • Family worship and teaching sessions
  • Chapel sessions for elementary-aged children
  • Plenty of free time to lounge at the beach, ride horses, play paintball, and enjoy other fun activities
  • Family game night and classic s’mores around the campfire

Bring your family to experience outdoor fun, faith-building, and lasting memories at our Labor Day Family Camp.
