Arrival Information

Arrival Time

Plan to arrive between 3:30 and 4:30 PM on Sunday afternoon.
Running late? Please call the camp office at 262-363-6940.

Check-In Process

Follow the signs to the main parking lot in SECTION D.
Check-in happens outside the OAKS CHAPEL, where you’ll visit a few stations with your child.

Health Screening:
If your child has any of the following symptoms, they won’t be allowed to check in:

  • Fever of 100.4°F or higher
  • Dry cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chills or muscle aches
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

(Some allergy-related symptoms may be exempt.)

Water Bottles:
Staff will check that your child has a reusable water bottle labeled with their name. We recommend one that’s easy to carry.

Getting Settled

Staff will help carry your child’s belongings to their assigned cabin. Parents are welcome to walk to the cabin but should not go inside. Cabin leaders will help your child make their bed and get settled. This helps avoid cabin crowding and can reduce homesickness for all campers.

Paperwork & Payments

Please complete all forms before you arrive. This helps keep the check-in process quick and smooth.
Final payments can be made online before arrival or during check-in.

Important Reminders Before Arrival

Electronic Devices

Campers may not use phones or digital devices during the week. We want them to stay focused on camp life and community — not on outside distractions.

Phones will be collected and stored safely by our Program Director.
Keeping a phone to contact home often leads to extreme homesickness, and campers may ask to leave early. No refunds will be given in these cases.
Also, devices are expensive and we don’t want them broken or lost.

Visitors & Check-In

All guests, including parents, must check in at the Office during open hours or with the Program Director after hours.
This policy protects campers and staff.

We strongly discourage non-parent visits during the camp week. Even short visits can trigger homesickness for your child — and for others.

Camper Conduct

We do not allow:

  • Practical jokes or pranks
  • Fighting
  • Sneaking out after lights out
  • Destruction of camp property

If your child engages in any of these behaviors, we will call you immediately. In some cases, your camper may be sent home without a refund.

Talk With Your Camper

Before arriving, please take a few minutes to go over these expectations with your child. It makes a big difference in helping them prepare for a fun and successful week at camp.

If you have any questions throughout the week, would like to check in on your camper, or need to make contact with your child, please call our Program Director, Dan Mayer, at 312-320-1036.
