Family Camp on Labor Day Weekend

Check in starts at 6:00 pm on Friday.
Check out is Monday by 12:00 pm
The schedule and activity information is listed below. Fees are listed on the registration form.

Family Camp Fees

Housing

  • Cabin Fee = $500
  • Guest Room Fee = $250
  • Camp Site = $100

Camper

  • Ages 0-2 = $35
  • Ages 3-7 = $60
  • Ages 8+ = $125

Activities (optional)

  • Banana Boat = $45 (20 minutes for 6+ people)
  • Tube Rides = $36 (10 minutes for 1-2 people)
  • Trail Rides = $20 (ages 9+)
  • Pony Rides = $8 (ages 8 and under)

Family Camp Schedule

Friday

  • Arrival
  • Snacks available in the Dining Hall. (Snacks are available to everyone, regardless of meal plan)
  • Games, meet & greet & hangout in Dining Hall throughout the evening

Saturday

  • Breakfast and Announcements
  • Morning Chapel
  • Multigenerational Softball Game, 6-12 year olds programing option until lunch
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon – Free Time, activities areas are open as scheduled, trail rides & pony rides available.
  • Dinner
  • Family Kickball Game
  • Evening Chapel, children’s program takes place during the Chapel Sessions
  • Campfire & snacks available in Dining Hall

Sunday

  • Breakfast and Announcements
  • Morning Chapel
  • Multigenerational Volleyball Game, 6-12 year olds programing option until lunch
  • Lunch
  • Afternoon – Free Time, activities areas are open as scheduled
  • Dinner
  • Evening Chapel, children’s program takes place during the Chapel Sessions. Snacks available in Dining Hall
  • Campfire, s’mores & wagon ride

Monday

  • Breakfast and Goodbye Announcements
  • Morning Chapel
  • Check-out

Family Camp Activities

Tubing — Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. There will be a sign up for the available time slots at check in. Tubing is $25 for a 15 minute slot.

Banana Boat Rides — Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. There will be a sign up for the available time slots at check in. Banana Boat Rides are $25 for a 15 minute slot.

Horseback Trail Rides — Trail rides are available on Saturday afternoon. The minimum age for trail rides is 9 years old. Rides can be purchased for $20.00 per person at check in.

Pony Rides and Open Barn — Pony rides are for children under 9 years old. These rides are available on Saturday at 4:00. Pony rides can be purchased for $5.00 at check in. The Hitching Post (our horse barn facility) will also be open for visiting with the farm animals, learning more about our horses and our horsemanship program and hanging out with our Wranglers. We will also have a horse hooked up for grooming!

Paintball — Speedball type games of paintball are available on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The cost is $10 for 100 paintballs, This includes the paintballs, paintball gun, mask, and game play. All players must use our equipment, and purchase our paintballs.

Children’s Programming

Children’s programming is provided by Phantom Ranch staff and directed by Dan Mayer, Program Director.

During Adult Chapel children from 6 to 12 are provided with their own Chapel and activities. In the mornings Phantom Ranch staff will keep the children up to lunch time.

Toddlers

Toddler’s and children under 6 years old are provided baby-sitting service during adult chapel.
