Scholarships
We want every child to attend camp—regardless of financial circumstances. Phantom Ranch offers scholarships to families needing full or partial assistance.
You can request a scholarship after registering by completing our simple Scholarship Application Form. Scholarships are made possible through generous donations from friends of Phantom Ranch.
If you don’t need financial help, consider donating to our Scholarship Fund to help other campers!
Canteen (Camp Store) Account
The Canteen is our camp store. It sells clothing, water bottles, stuffed animals, candy, drinks, ice cream, and more. You can add money to your camper’s account during online registration and again at Sunday check-in.
Any unused balance will be returned at Friday checkout.
You can also use canteen funds for Add-On Activities, if space is available.
Recommended Amount:
We suggest adding $30–$80 to your camper’s account. While you can deposit more or less, we can’t accept mid-week deposits. Please deposit all cash into the account to avoid lost or stolen money.
Craft Corral Access:
The Craft Corral uses the same canteen account. Campers don’t need a separate Craft Card, but having one allows them to do crafts without managing their main canteen funds.
Food & Snack Limits:
Our staff monitors snack purchases and sets age-appropriate limits. We also stock allergy-friendly options, including certified gluten-free and dairy-free snacks.

Add-On Activities
Add-On Activities provide unique experiences during the week. Each activity has a fee to cover equipment and staff time. We highly recommend pre-paying to guarantee a spot on the schedule.

Memories
We capture photos and videos all week to help campers relive their favorite moments—crazy games, friendships, and Bible lessons.
You’ll find all media on our SmugMug gallery at phantomranchbiblecamp.smugmug.com. Access is included in your session fee.
We aim to upload all media by Friday, so you can view it on the ride home or later with family. While we do our best to include every camper, we never force campers to appear in photos or videos.
Each camper also receives a free Summer Theme T-Shirt as part of their session. Campers love collecting and wearing shirts from previous years—each one a reminder of the lessons learned and memories made.
