Older Middle School

We call our middle school sessions YOUNGTEEN — a week where 7th-9th middle school guys and girls can enjoy small and large group games, be as silly as they want, and get serious about Jesus.

7th-9th Grade — Older Middle School Co-Ed Camp

Our middle school camp sessions—called YOUNGTEEN—bring every personality to life! The chill, the shy, the goofy, the sporty, and the nerdy all come together for a week packed with laughter, energy, and spontaneous fun.

Each day, campers enjoy nightly campfires, plenty of free time, and our original camp game, SPLURGE! They build friendships that often last long after camp ends.

In the mornings, campers dive into a wide variety of structured summer camp activities. Options include canoeing, beach volleyball, indoor rock climbing, crafts, improv lessons, fire building, archery, tomahawk throwing, and much more. Every activity helps campers grow in confidence and teamwork.

Both Youngteen sessions follow the same schedule, yet each week feels unique. The Older-Youngteen session encourages campers to step up as role models in the ways of Jesus and supports those preparing to enter high school.

Youngteen is a coed Christian camp, with separate cabins for boys and girls. Together, they create a balanced, meaningful, and Christ-centered experience. Our caring staff help every camper feel safe, supported, and connected—to one another, to staff, and to God. They also teach respect, civility, and how to have fun together while maintaining healthy co-ed interactions.

Middle School Aged Chapel Details

We provide a morning time for discussion around a teaching theme from the Bible as well as an evening chapel sessions. The evening chapel sessions start with a game followed by sing-along worship with memorable motions and an interactive keynote speaker who teaches around our summer’s biblical theme. Morning and evening gatherings are designed for middle schoolers from all backgrounds to encounter Jesus.

Each chapel session is interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate.
Campers will enjoy:

  • Fun and memorable worship music
  • Professional Bible teachers
  • Cabin group discussions on Bible themes
  • Practical ways to live as lifelong Followers of Jesus
